People from Middle East looking for a high-end TV panel have the chance to get one of the 17 new flat panel TV models introduced by Panasonic.
Included in the VIERA TV series, the nine LCD TVs and eight plasma models prepared for release during this year bring several advanced technologies to provide high-quality imaging and to improve customers’ lifestyle.
Full-time Full HD is a feature introduced by the new VIERA plasma models from Panasonic. It enables a cinema-like experience characterized by clearer and sharper motion images, based on enhanced motion image performance, as well as higher contrast and colour reproduction.
The VIERA Image Viewer is an useful function that you can find in all the new models. It allows you to watch photos and videos you took with your video camera or other gadget with video recording capability, right on the TV panel, as you connect the SD memory card.
To be able to view your media files on the large display you need to follow three steps – Shoot, Insert, and See – having the option of direct playback.
Plasma models come with the NeoPDP display panels designed to provide increased luminous efficiency when compared to previous models. Enhancements in this technology are at three levels: material and processing, discharge gas and cell design, and circuit and drive.
The LCD TVs feature wide viewing angles of 178 degrees and outstanding image clarity with rich yet natural colors, thanks to the In-Plane-Switching technology. According to Panasonic, its IPS Alpha Panels enable 1.5 times more transmissivity than standard TV panels.
Another enhancement is encountered at the VIERA Link level, allowing you to use the VIERA remote to control other devices connected to the TV via the HDMI cable. In case it detects connected devices that are not in use, it switches to the Intelligent Auto Stand-By mode, cutting the power for those devices, saving this way a considerable amount if energy.
Panasonic highlights that these TV panels made in Japan can operate for up to 100,000 hours continuously, having a lifespan of 30 years if used eight hours a day.
