LaCie introduces LaCinema Rugged HD the first mobile High-Definition multimedia player. The LaCinema Rugged HD comes with 500GB of built-in storage capacity, allowing users to store and instantly watch their favorite television shows and movies, listen to music, and display photo slideshows with their family and friends. LaCinema Rugged HD can store up to 700 movies, 165000songs or 165000 photos.

LaCinema Rugged HD not only stores 500GB of data, but using the HDMI port you can watch high-definition movies directly to your LCD or plasma TV. It can play supports most of standard and high-definition codecs: H.264, MKV, WMV9, MPEG-4.
