Google introduced two new features, one added to its email client and the other one called the Building Maker.
The new Gmail tool is available via the settings and can be found under the name of “Got the wrong Bob?”. It was added to allow users who use to send emails to multiple contacts at the same time make sure they have chosen the right persons from the contacts list. To be more exact, every time you want to send an email message to more than one person at a time Gmail will check your sending history to see if you chose a wrong contact, such as when having two different contacts that have the same name.
This enhancement adds to the already available Undo Send, Mail Goggles and the Forgotten Attachment Detector.
In addition to this, Google also introduced the Building Maker. This is a tool that allows you use Google Earth, Google Maps and SketchUp to build 3D buildings. Google explains that you can pick a building on Google Maps and build a new model based on aerial images and 3D shapes. If Google likes your creation and is not already there it will add it to the 3D Building in Google Earth.
In order to create 3D buildings you need to have a Google account, Google Earth installed on your computer, and then you can use SketchUp to edit what you create in the Building Maker.
