Ghostbusters: The Video Game Comes on the PSP

Atari, the publisher of the best-selling video game Ghostbusters: The Video Game, made several announcements in its latest press release that will make the game’s fans more happy. It seems that after releasing the game last summer in June and selling over one million units to retailers in North America, Atari will offer the game on the PlayStation Portable gaming systems, including the PSP go.
Based on the Ghostbusters movie, which was a real success, the video game features Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd, as well as other actors from the original movie. Atari publishes the game to coincide with the 25th Anniversary of the movie’s release and collaborated with Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Terminal Reality and RedFly Studios.

In Ghostbusters: The Video Game on PlayStation Portable, players will have the chance to switch between four sets of equipment and use eight proton pack functions. They will be able to use the PKE Meter, Paragoggles and other gadgets to scan their targets.
The E10-rated game retails now for $29.99.

In addition, Atari announced that Ghostbusters: The Video Game is available at special holiday prices in North American stores. You can get it for Xbox 360 for $39.99, for your Windows-based computer for $19.99, for the PlayStation 2 for $19.99, for PlayStation 3 for $39.99, for Nintendo DS for $19.99, and for the Wii for $29.99.
