eBuddy for IPhone and IPod Touch

eBuddy launched today their application for IPhone and IPod Touch. If you didn’t know, eBuddy is a mobile application that combines your IM accounts (MSN, Yahoo, Gtalk, ICQ and AIM) with social network accounts (Facebook, MySpace).

eBuddy for IPhone offers a complete, smooth chat experience for IPhone! Stay online when you get a phone call or when you go back to the Home screen. Also if you quit the application, you can be notified about new messages using push notifications. This feature can only be used only if you have installed version 3 of the IPhone OS.

Using eBuddy you can have one single buddy list with all your friends from multiple accounts. You can choose which IM account you want to sign in automatically or sign in with all accounts at once. If you lost the connection, eBuddy will reconnect you and you will get the messages that were sent when you were offline.

eBuddy can be customized, if you don’t like the default settings. You can change the language for the application because eBuddy supports multi-lingual chatting. Express yourself in your chat using emoticons or sending buzzers. To send a buzzer, shake your IPhone or IPod Touch.

To navigate between chat conversations wipe your screen horizontally.You will be able to get notifications, when your buddy is typing and when you receive new messages from other friends, in the chat screen.
