Digi TransPort WR44 3G Wireless Router With Built-in GPS and Wi-Fi

Digi International introduced an useful gadget that combines multiple functions in a single device. It works as a 3G cellular router, an Ethernet switch, a Wi-Fi access point, but having a built-in GPS module, while providing telemetry functionality.

Digi TransPort WR44 is equipped with enterprise-class technologies to meet the requirements in transportation, retail point-of-sale and remote office applications. It can be used in public safety vehicles, on trains, buses, vans and even ships. The high security level enabled by Digi makes it great for networks meeting the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

It can be mounted in various ways, uses different power options and is rugged. An additional connectivity option is via the USB port, while the device supports the company’s Remote Manager software.

Baked by a 5-year warranty, the Digi TransPort WR44 all-in-one 3G cellular router is available for a starting price of $895.
