Apple Launches New iMac All-In-Ones With Larger Displays and Lots of Features

Apple makes its fans a new pleasant surprise by introducing its redesigned iMac all-in-one computers featuring 21.5-inch and 27-inch large display diagonals, LED backlight, quad-core processing power and the wireless Magic Mouse that comes in a stylish and innovative design, which I’m sure you’ll love.
Housed in aluminum, just like the MacBooks, to be lightweight while enabling an attractive metallic finish, the new iMacs are equipped with Intel Core 2 Duo processors clocked at 3.06 GHz, Core i5, or Core i7 quad-cores to double the high computing performance, while accompanied by a wireless keyboard and Apple’s newly released Magic Mouse with wireless connectivity and Multi-Touch technology to provide more freedom of movement on the desk.

I won’t keep you longer with the description, but tell you the specifications for the available models right away.
There is the 21.5-inch 3.06 GHz iMac available at a starting price of $1,199, featuring a 1920 x 1080 LED backlit widescreen display with 178-degree viewing angles, an 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM memory expandable up to 16 GB, the Nvidia GeForce 9400M shared graphics, the 7200rpm 500 GB SATA hard drive, slot-load 8x SuperDrive with double-layer for burning DVDs and CDs, the Mini DisplayPort connectivity for video output, the AirPort Extreme 802.11n high-speed wireless connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate, the iSight web camera integrated, Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports, FireWire 800 port, SD card slot, stereo speakers and microphone.

The 27-inch 3.06 GHz iMac has a suggested retail price of $1,699 which, in addition to the components featured by the smaller model, includes an 2560 x 1440 LED-backlit display, the ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics card with 256 MB GDDR3 memory, and 1 TB SATA hard drive at 7200rpm.
There is also the 27-inch 2.66 GHz Core i5 iMac that starts at $1,999, which comes with the 2.66 GHz Intel Core i5 quad-core processor, and an ATI Radeon HD 4850 discrete graphics with 512 MB GDDR3 memory.

The new iMacs are available at the Apple Store, except the models powered by the Intel Core i5 and i7 quad-core processors, which are available for pre-order, but will start shipping next month.
